Whitesmile Dental Care’s Complimentary Teeth Whitening is for moderate cases. Severe cases may require more time and more teeth whitening gel. Severe or resistant cases are not part of the complimentary teeth-whitening program.
Whitesmile Dental Care does not guarantee results as teeth whitening is not predictable.
Whitesmile Dental Care’s Complimentary Teeth Whitening is only valid if the patient is an appropriate candidate.
Whitesmile Dental Care will determine if the patient is an appropriate candidate at the Exam and Hygiene appointment.
Whitesmile Dental Care’s Complimentary Teeth Whitening is only available to patients who have had and paid for a Scale and Polish and Fluoride, an exam and appropriate diagnostic digital radiographs.
Whitesmile Dental Care’s Complimentary Teeth Whitening is available per person.
Whitesmile Dental Care is not responsible for any loss or damage to the trays, which can be remade at full cost to the patient.
Whitesmile Dental Care’s Complimentary Teeth Whitening is available once in a three-year period only per person.
**Teeth whitening is safe and but unpredictable in some cases . Results can’t be guaranteed and each case is different. The Zoom in chair teeth whitening attracts a significantly higher cost.
